Galaxy cosmic win over Serenade

Tuesday 24th of May was held also the second game in group A of the Tallink Cup 2016. Galaxy versus Silja Sereande at Kaknäs stadium (Stockholm) – kick off 12:00 local time.

Serenade, the strong Finnish lady from Helsinki-Stockholm route, hasn’t reached yet to the medals, but it was very close 2014 when they won the honorable fourth place. Galaxy, the Swedish galactic power in the sea, decorated twice with silver medals, has played already their first game this year against Romantika and has three points in their pocket already. These teams have played twice during our tournament history, where both games won Galaxy.

The first half of the game was beautiful football from both sides. No mercy and good and very equal fight from both sides in this principal combat Sweden against Finland. The equality showed also by the half time in the scoreboard 1:1. On the second half started to happen as it seemed that Galaxy had received some cosmic power from who know where. Beautiful movement of the ball and excellent team play, where almost all attacks were followed with ball in the Serenades net. Serenade really did fight well and until the very end, but huuhaa, how round is actually sometimes the ball.

Final score Galaxy versus Silja Serenade 8:1 (half time 1:1). Galaxy is strong and intergalactic as showed in this Galaxy cosmic win over their friends from Serenade. Well done dear penguins, Galaxy is the winner of group A and now continues the tournament in playoffs.
