Victorians made it

Monday 25th of May was held the second game in group A of the Tallink Cup 2015. Victoria versus Silja Symphony (group A) at Kaknäs stadium (Stockholm) – kick off 12:00 local time.

This is a competition between Estonian and Swedish flag and after all they are standing side by side every day in Stockholm. Victoria has had already their first game in this group against Isabelle, which ended with no goals in tie. Therefore it will leave everything open in this group. Victoria and Symphony have played against each other basically every year staring from 2011, where in 3 times the victorians won, but 2013 the game ended 0 goals in tie. Victoria, who has been successful all tournament years, must win this game, as otherwise their continuance to playoffs is under big question mark.

First eleven minutes of the game was equal game, where Symphony even controlled the ball more than Victoria. The score was opened by Victoria on the eleventh minutes, where the goalkeeper of Symphony did unfortunate handling of the ball. After that it was more game for Victoria, where they managed to score 2 more goals before the half time. Numbers on the board on halftime 3:0 for Victoria. On the second half Victoria´s scoring continued, where The Best Goals Scorer 2012 and 2014 Mr Toomas “lots of lots of goals” Kaldma did also a hat trick. But Symphony played also well in many occasions and managed to score in the end of the game 2 goals to their opponents net. Last nail to opponent’s goal still by Victoria in the last minutes of the game.

Final score Victoria versus Silja Symphony 6:2 (half time 3:0). Victoria made it and this year again continuing their football journey in the playoffs - cheers mates!
