Jabadabasaldejums - Romantikas agains ins semifinals
9th of July was held the third quarterfinal of the tournament Tallink Cup 2013. Romantika versus Silja Symphony at Kaknäs stadium (Stockholm) – kick off 12:00 local time.
The quarterfinal pairs of the tournament are: Symphony vs Romantika, Hotels vs Star, Baltic Queen vs Superstar and Victoria vs Galaxy. Hotels and Superstar are already in through in semifinals and waiting for their opponents. The winner of this game will play against Hotels team in the semifinal match. Romantika came in group level as first and Symphony as second in its group. Romantika has strong team and in last year's tournament they lost in semi-final, but won bronze game.
The game started very equally and no goals on the first half. On the second half the equal game continued, and the score was opened by Romantika and the second shortly was followed. Symphony played well and pressed quite a lot, where finally by unfortunate mistake by Romantika defense, the Latvians scored own goal and in the very last minute of the normal time Symphony managed to score another to the Romantika net. The normal time ended with tie 2:2, so the game continued with overtime, where on the tenth minute striker of Romantika was roughly pulled down by Symphony's defense in their box and the penalty and red card followed. Romantika realized the penalty and won the game.
Final score Romantika versus Silja Symphony 3:2 (half time 0:0 / normal time 2:2). And jabadabasaldejums Romantika is again in semifinals. Congratulations!

As already mentioned above, Romantika will meet now in semifinal game the Hotels team. They have met also in the last year's tournament, in bronze match, where Romantika won 1:0 in overtime with golden goal rule. It will surely gone a be a great semifinal, as naturally both wants to play in the final, as failure both in last year, and Hotels wants to revenge Romantika in their fortune for last year's bronze game.
