Final 2012 will be Victoria versus Galaxy

Tuesday 3rd of July was held the second semi-final Tallink Cup 2012. Victoria versus Romantika in Kaknäs stadium (Stockholm) – kick off 13:30 local time.

Victoria battled victoriously to semi-final from group B, where they won Festival 2:1 and Symphony 7:1. Victoria was in last year's tournament in the silver medals and also as they have this year very active and good team, they are the favourite to go through to final game. Romantika showed good game and fighting skills and won their way in the group A to semi-final (game with Baltic Queen 5:0 and Silja Serenade 1:1). Romantika reached in last year´s tournament to quarter-final.

Romantika had some difficulties to collect the full team, as they game was held with unfortunate for them in Stockholm on the day, which was not the harbour day of Romantika. Therefore they managed to have only 9 players in the field, which of course give advantage to Victoria. This reflected also on the game, where Victoria pressed their opponent to work mainly in the defence. Victoria scored already on the fifth minute, but it remained due to the good play and defence from their opponent, as the only goal of the game. Actually Romantika played with very good discipline and Victoria had many chanced but they didn't just scored. Anyway…

Final score for Victoria 1:0 (half time 1:0). And Victoria is again victoriously in the final!

As on the same day was held also the other semi-final game between Galaxy and Hotels, where Galaxy won 3:1 – the final game of Tallink Cup 2012 will be VICTORIA versus GALAXY in the festive of Tallink Silja summer days in southwest of Estonia in Varemurru on 20th of July (kick-off 18:00).
