The Association of Friends of the University Children’s hospitals is a charitable organization, founded in 1993, which supports the five Finnish university children’s hospitals, development and research, and attempts to improve the comfort of patients during their hospital stay. John Nurmisen Säätiö | John Nurminen Foundation
Tallink signed a cooperation agreement with the John Nurminen Foundation in Finland in early 2023 with the aim of raising vital funds for the protection of the Baltic Sea. We make a donation to JNF from every Tallink and Silja Line branded water bottle sold on board our ships in 2023. The amount donated will be approximately EUR 20,000. Tallink and John Nurminen Foundation have cooperated on Baltic Sea protection projects also in previous years, but not on this scale. In addition to raising funds for the protection of the Baltic sea, the cooperation will also see us working together on awareness raising, highlighting key concerns and ways in which everyone can get involved in its protection.
