Tutti-Frutti consumer game campaign rules:

1. "Tutti-Frutti brings sweet summer" is a consumer game taking place from 1 June to 31 July 2021 (hereinafter the campaign), organized by AS Tallink Grupp (reg. no. 10238429, address: Sadama 5, Tallinn) in cooperation with Fazer Confectionery Ltd (P.O. Box 4, FI-00941 Helsinki, Business ID: 0728786-8).
2. The procedure for conducting the campaign has been established by AS Tallink Grupp in these rules.
3. All decisions of the organizer in conducting the campaign are final and binding for all participants of the campaign.
4. All people who correctly answered the question on the campaign website (www.tallink.com/tutti-frutti) during the period from 1 June to 31 July 2021, provided their data and agreed to the terms of the campaign (gave their consent to the processing of their personal data) will participate in the campaign draw.
5. Campaign prizes:
   • SUP board with a value of 1075 € - 1 (one) prize will be drawn.
   • 2 cricket sets with a value of 80 € - 2 (two) prizes will be drawn.
   • 2 frisbees with a value of 18 € - 2 (two) prizes will be drawn
   • 2 beach volleyballs with a value of 30 € - 2 (two) prizes will be drawn.
   • 2 beach tennis sets 40 € - 2 (two) prizes will be drawn.
   • The total value of the prize fund is 1353 €
6. The prize draw will take place no later than on 8 August 2021 and the name of the winner will be published on the campaign website www.tallink.com/tutti-frutti no later than on 10 August 2021. The winner, who has provided his/her contact details in response to the question, will be contacted no later than 5 days after the winner has been identified. The information on the receipt of the prize will be sent to an e-mail or telephone number of the winner, after which the winner should contact the organizer and specify the details of receiving the prize.
7. The issue of prizes is organized by AS Tallink Grupp. Prizes will be issued to the winners up to 31 August 2021. Winners are kindly requested to contact shopping@tallink.com or tel +372 640 9808. All prizes will be issued from the office of AS Tallink Grupp at Sadama 5, Tallinn.
8. In order to receive the prize, the winner should present an identity document (passport, driving license, ID card) to the organizer for identification. In case of minor winners the prize will be issued to the winner's curator or guardian on the basis of the latter's document certifying the right of custody.
9. The last date for withdrawal of prizes is 31 August 2021.
10. The prize won by the participants of the campaign during the campaign will not be replaced by other types of prizes at the request of the participants of the campaign and the cost of the prize will not be reimbursed to the winners of the prizes in cash. All taxes related to the prizes will be paid by the organizer.
11. In case of non-compliance with the terms of the campaign by the participant of the campaign or submission of incorrect or inaccurate data to the campaign organizer, as well as other failures (the campaign organizer cannot contact the winner by using the contact details submitted by him/her etc) which are not due to the fault of the campaign organizer, the latter is not responsible for not drawing the prize for the participants in the campaign or for not awarding the prize.
12. The controller of the personal data collected during the campaign is AS Tallink Grupp. The following personal data is collected during the campaign: name; phone number, e-mail address. The collected personal data will only be used for the purpose of conducting the campaign, including for identifying and contacting the winners. At the end of the campaign personal data will be deleted. The identification of winners and distribution of prizes are organized by the processor of personal data Fazer Eesti OÜ.
13. In case of force majeure circumstances the organizer has the unilateral right to cancel the campaign and not to draw the prize and/or not to hand over the prize to the winner, by immediately notifying the participants of the campaign of it through media.
14. All disputes arising from the campaign will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
