Alexandre “The Legend” Salmon joined as a third-generation family member their champagne house in 2003 and he is today the head wine maker and manager of it. He has decided to meet a new challenge, to reestablish Meunier’s noble reputation! Today, he is very pleased to offer the opportunity to discover 100% Meunier cuvées of great quality, intimate, personal, and revealing of Salmons know-how. On his free time, he flies the Salmon branded hot air balloon above the vineyards in Chamuzy, which is his family’s passion and hobby. This hobby is reflected on the labels of their champagnes.

A captivating experience, where the worlds of Vinte Vinte craft chocolate and Taylor’s Port Wine meet in a journey of taste, aroma and discovery. The experience begins with the transformation of cacao—from dried bean to roasted cacao—before inviting guests to explore the contrasts between industrial and craft chocolate, including the influence of cacao percentage, roasting, texture and aromatic complexity. Guests will then discover four Taylor’s Port Wine styles and four Vinte Vinte chocolates through a guided tasting designed to reveal how sweetness, bitterness, acidity, fat, tannins and wood notes interact.
