The center of Visby is small and compact – sights, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. But how to get from the port of Visby to the center conveniently?

  1. Visby by Excursion Train

The most convenient way to get to the city center is by sightseeing train, which departs from the harbor at 10:00 and 11:00. A train ride with charming views is an experience in itself, and to secure a seat, we recommend that you buy train tickets in advance alongside with the cruise ticket.

The shuttle bus runs regularly between the port and the city center – the first departure from the port is at 9:30 and the last departure to the city center is at 17:00. Day ticket for Club One members from pre-sale with cruise ticket 10 €, children aged 6–15 8 €, toddlers free.
  3. By bicycle

If you’re more adventurous, you can bring your own bike to the island or rent one on the spot. Bringing your own bicycle on the cruise costs 30 € and bicycle rental (online) is eligible for a 15% discount for Club One members with the code CLUBONE.
