  • How do I get group boarding passes?

    At the terminal check-in counter, presenting one document and your booking number.

  • Can a group travel to the ship by bus?

    No, the bus driver will drive an empty bus to the ship.

  • Who is the supervisor and how many should there be?

    One supervisor is required for every 10 minors, for example, if there are 15 children in a group, there must be two supervisors. On the Tallinn-Helsinki route (non-overnight trip), the supervisor must be at least 21 years old. On other routes, at least 25 years old. As an exception, the supervisor may be a teacher or coach of minors who is at least 21 years old. The supervisor must go on board with the supervised children. The bus driver can also be a supervisor, but it must be taken into account that the supervisor must go on board with the supervised children and there can be a maximum of nine people on the bus.

  • How should a supervisor prepare for the trip?

    The supervisor must complete a form before the trip.

  • How should a parent prepare for a trip?

    The parent must complete the authorization for the supervisor before the trip. The authorization must be with the child during the trip. The authorization can be signed electronically and given to the child electronically. NB! The battery of the smart device must be full during the trip so that the child can show the authorization to the ship’s staff if necessary. Failure to present the authorization due to a dead battery will be considered a lack of authorization and the child will not be allowed to travel. We recommend that you also take the authorization on paper.

  • How do I find a table for my group at the buffet?

    There are signs on the tables indicating the seating assigned to your group. Tables within a group are placed as close together as possible.

  • Can children eat at the buffet alone?

    Children under 12 years old must be accompanied at the buffet, while those aged 12-17 can attend breakfast unaccompanied. At lunch and dinner, there must be one chaperone for every 10 children.

  • Are the cabins in one group next to each other?

    Cabins are placed as close together as possible.

  • What is included in the supervisor package?

    On the Finnish route, a deck seat, fuel surcharge and all meals ordered by the entire group. On the Swedish route, a seat in a cabin (the cabin category most ordered by the group), fuel surcharge and all meals ordered by the entire group.

  • What happens if one of the passengers gets sick?

    Passengers can be replaced up to three working days before the trip without additional charges. Cancellation charges will apply according to the conditions: travel conditions for groups

  • When must the passenger list be submitted?

    The travel consultant will send a file that must be completed and returned no later than seven days before departure. Please send the file as an email attachment as an Excel document.
