We offer a private area in the Sea Pub with its authentic pub atmosphere for the whole group, complemented by a spacious Garden with glass walls that open up panoramic views of the Baltic Sea, accommodating up to approximately 200 guests in total. During the summer season, the entire event can also be hosted in the Garden’s lounge-style oasis, ideal for up to 80 guests.
The space can be branded to reflect your company’s identity and create an event that truly feels like your own. Sound equipment, a microphone and a screen are available on site.
Large team event in the Comfort Lounge

Two smaller meeting rooms are suitable for teams of 10 or more. The Comfort Lounge and meeting rooms can be booked for a 5-hour cruise or for two hours sailing between Tallinn and Helsinki.

The VIP room in the lounge is convenient for preparing for a client meeting and holding a meeting. The VIP room can accommodate up to 13 people and is good for a couple of hours of work or discussion on the Tallinn-Helsinki route. During breaks, enjoy a wide selection of drinks, fresh newspapers and Wi-Fi.
Work day on the cruise ship Victoria

A nine-hour voyage aboard Victoria I offers a refreshing change from the office and a productive setting for meetings and collaboration. The onboard conference center features nine flexible meeting rooms in different sizes that can be combined to suit everything from small workshops to large conferences.
Keep your team energized with a hearty lunch and dinner, along with well-timed coffee breaks throughout the day.
During breaks, guests can explore onboard shops or enjoy a lively entertainment program, adding a relaxed and enjoyable element to the experience.
Choose the package that best fits your team. The ship departs at 12:30, but your event can begin as early as 9:00. You decide when your meeting ends based on your schedule and needs.
Available options:
12:30–22:00 – A focused nine-hour cruise with meeting facilities and a delicious meal
12:30–00:45 – A 12-hour cruise including meetings, meals, entertainment and onboard shopping
12:30–11:00 (overnight) – An overnight cruise with meetings, great food and entertainment. Guests must disembark by 11:00 the following morning

In the evenings, we treat our guests to bright entertainment and delicious Baltic Sea flavors. Friday’s departures are especially enjoyable, because then there is also a star artist on board.
The Laeva Conference Centre has a selection of meeting rooms of different sizes for all kinds of events and team exercises. Order delicious snacks from the conference menu, which includes nine different snack packages and the option to order drinks and snacks in addition.
Alternatively, you can organize a more festive dinner in an à la carte restaurant of your choice. Stockholm’s museums and attractions, shops and cafés offer a great complement to the ship’s entertainment programme.
Event on a stationary ship

The ship has a conference centre that can accommodate up to 356 guests, a Starlight show bar for up to 840 guests, and pubs that allow for events of various styles. Organise trainings, presentations, and receptions, and spice them up with delicious snacks and exciting cocktails!
The Baltic Queen’s meeting rooms, show bar, and pubs can also be used during the ship’s stay in port, from 11:30 to 16:30. Plan your next event in a completely different environment and in a more special way, inviting your team or guests to Baltic Queen.
Children’s party: The children’s Christmas party on Baltic Queen is a special holiday adventure for our youngest guests. Santa Claus, elves, Harri the seal, Lotte the dog girl, and Lotte’s fun Christmas production are waiting on board. The selection also includes a magician’s performance full of mysticism and the captivating science theatre of the Three Piglets or Quark, which is a mixture of joy, fun, and the exciting world of science.
