On the Tallinn-Helsinki route (non-overnight trip), the supervisor must be at least 21 years old. On other routes, at least 25 years old. As an exception, the supervisor may be a teacher or coach of minors who is at least 21 years old. The supervisor must go on board with the supervised children. The bus driver can also be a supervisor, but it must be taken into account that the supervisor must go on board with the supervised children and there can be a maximum of nine people on the bus.
The supervisor must complete a form before the trip.
The parent must complete the authorization for the supervisor before the trip. The authorization must be with the child during the trip. The authorization can be signed electronically and given to the child electronically. NB! There are signs on the tables indicating the seating assigned to your group. Tables within a group are placed as close together as possible.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied at the buffet, while those aged 12-17 can attend breakfast unaccompanied. At lunch and dinner, there must be one chaperone for every 10 children.
Cabins are placed as close together as possible.
On the Finnish route, a deck seat, fuel surcharge and all meals ordered by the entire group. On the Swedish route, a seat in a cabin (the cabin category most ordered by the group), fuel surcharge and all meals ordered by the entire group.
