You can purchase a trip with a serial ticket from Tallink Silja Line’s sales agencies, call center, or website by providing the serial ticket’s code.

Serial tickets are valid for 12 months after purchase. The validity period for serial tickets bought during campaigns might vary. Unused serial tickets are non-refundable.

Yes! If you have a serial ticket in Star class, you can still upgrade your trip by purchasing access to Comfort Lounge or Business Lounge. Normal lounge fees apply and can be added during the booking process.

When booking a round trip, the serial ticket is always applied automatically to the first route. If you’d like to use your serial ticket only for the return trip, we recommend making two separate bookings.

After buying serial tickets, you’ll receive an email with a link where you can view your unused, used and expired serial tickets. We recommend that you always buy serial tickets while logged in to your Club One account, so all your serial tickets are always available from the same link. If you buy without logging in, the link will show only the serial tickets from that specific purchase.
