To make the most of your gift card, your trip must be completed by the expiration date. For example, if your card expires on May 31, you can’t use it for an overnight cruise from Sweden to Finland that ends after that date. However, a same-day trip from Helsinki to Tallinn on May 31 would work perfectly.

No – the gift card can’t be used for purchases made on board. It can only be used for online purchases. For example, you can buy ship money online with your gift card and then use that ship money on board later.

The Tallink Silja Line gift card can’t be used for online bookings on the Tallink Hotels website, in-hotel purchases, or at onshore restaurants. However, you can use it to buy hotel packages that include a ferry trip.

Yes – the gift card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance runs out. For instance, you can buy something from the Tallink E-SHOP and then use the remaining balance to pay for a ferry ticket.

No – the balance can’t be split between payment methods. For example, if you have a 100 € gift card and your trip costs 50 €, you can’t decide to use only 25 € of the card and pay the rest by bank card. However, if your remaining balance is 25 €, you can use it in full and then pay the remaining amount by card.
