How Tallink Pre-Order works
Simplify your trip by ordering goods in advance. Shop online to skip the lines and enjoy exclusive deals, then pick up your orders conveniently on board or at the harbor.
1. Book your trip
To place an order, you will need a booking number for the selected route (provided when you book your trip). You will also need your name (as it appears on the booking), phone number, and email address.

Place your order online at the Pre-Order website up to 30 days in advance and no later than 14 hours before departure (excluding the Turku–Stockholm route).
To collect Club One bonus points, log in to the online store with your Club One account before completing payment for your order.

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed pick-up instructions.
You can collect your items from the Pre-Order pick-up point at Tallinn harbor or from dedicated locations onboard. More information can be found below.

Tallinn-Helsinki & Tallinn-Stockholm
Order online
Order online at the Pre-Order website up to 30 days in advance and no later than 14 hours before departure.
Pick-up point
The Pre-Order pick-up point is located in Tallinn harbor (Pikksilma 19/5, 10151, Tallinn).
Pick up time
Passengers must go to the Tallink Pre-Order delivery point at least 1 hour before departure and after completing the car check-in.

Helsinki–Tallinn–Helsinki Car Shopping Cruise
For this cruise, your car must remain in the ship’s parking lot.
Order online
Order online at the Pre-Order website up to 30 days in advance and no later than 14 hours before departure.
Pick-up point
On MyStar and Megastar, the Pre-Order pick-up point is located in the garage on deck 7. On Victoria I, pick-up takes place on the car deck.
Pick up time
On MyStar and Megastar, you can pick up your products 30 minutes after departure from Tallinn. On Victoria I, pick-up takes place at 9:00 a.m. while the ship is still in Tallinn, on the day of the return journey to Helsinki.
Turku–Stockholm–Turku
For this cruise, your car must remain in the ship’s parking lot.

You will receive the order form when checking in with your car.
Pick-up point
The Pre-Order pick-up point is located on the car deck.
Pick up time
You can collect your items on the return trip to Turku.
Tallinn–Helsinki & Helsinki–Tallinn–Helsinki

Pick-up point
On MyStar and Megastar, the Pre-Order desk is located onboard on deck 7 at the Traveller Superstore. On Victoria I, the pick-up point is on deck 6 at the Tax Free shop.
Pick up time
You can collect your items 30 minutes before arrival in Helsinki.
Tallinn–Stockholm
Order online
Order online at the Pre-Order website up to 30 days in advance and no later than 14 hours before departure.
Pick-up point
The Pre-Order pick-up point is located onboard Baltic Queen on deck 6 at the Supermarket.
Pick up time
You can collect your items 1 hour before departure to Stockholm.
