On board Tallink Silja Line ships, you can organize team meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences, kick-offs, client events, annual meetings and company celebrations. Depending on the route and ship, you can choose anything from a short meeting cruise to an overnight conference or a longer company trip.
Group bookings generally require at least 10 people. Our flexible meeting rooms and event venues can accommodate groups of 4–1000 people, depending on the ship, venue and room setup. It’s also possible to charter the whole ship for events for up to ???? people. We will help you find the right space for your group.
Event package contents vary by route and event format. Depending on the package, the price may include travel, a meeting room, conference catering, restaurant meals, cabins, entertainment and activities on board or ashore. Check the individual package details or contact us to tailor an offer for your group.
Our meeting rooms are equipped for presentations and business events, with audiovisual equipment such as screens or projectors but also whiteboards, pens and papers. Additional technology, such as microphones, additional TV screens, laptops etc may be available upon pre-order. The available technology, room layout and booking time vary by ship, route and package. Catering can be added separately unless it is already included in your package.
Yes. You can complement your event with conference catering, group menus, restaurant dining, live entertainment and activities on board or ashore. Yes. Depending on your group size and plans, you can book private meeting rooms, lounges, bars or larger venues such as show bars. For selected events and dates, you can also ask about booking the whole ship for your company. Contact us for more detailed requests.
