AS Tallink Grupp’s subsidiary company Tallink Autoexpress Ltd. and Arab Bridge Maritime Co. have entered into the Memorandum of Agreement, whereby Tallink Autoexpress Ltd. will sell HSC Tallink Autoexpress 3 at the price of EUR 8.2 million. The vessel will be delivered to the buyer by the end of April 2007.
The sale will not have any significant material effect on AS Tallink Grupp’s consolidated financial results.
