AS Tallink Grupp's subsidiary company Tallink High Speed Line Ltd. and a subsidiary of Greek company Reefer & General Ship Management, Jaywick Shipping Co Ltd have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement, whereby Tallink High Speed Line Ltd. will sell HSC Tallink Autoexpress 4 at the price of EUR 8 million. The vessel will be delivered to the buyer in April 2007.
The sale of the vessel will not have any significant effect on increase of AS Tallink Grupp's profits.
