Changes in the management

AS  Tallink  Grupp  Supervisory Council  today  decided  the
agenda  of  the  Shareholder’s Annual General Meeting  which
will take place on 17th of January 2007. One of the items on
the  agenda  will  be  the proposal  to  appoint  Mr. Kalev Järvelill to the position of company’s member of Supervisory
Council.

Therefore  the  Supervisory Council recalled  Mr.  Järvelill
from  his  current  position as a member of  the  Management
Board from 31st of December 2006.

According  to  Kalev  Järvelill the expansion  of  Tallink’s
business  and  the  different  large  scale  projects   have
demanded   much  time  and  effort  throughout  the   years.
„Therefore, I would like to continue my work in the  company
with  a little less workload and  devote myself more  to  my
family and my favorite hobby, hiking,” said Järvelill.

After  confirmation  of the decision  at  the  Shareholder’s
Annual General Meeting, Järvelill’s responsibilities will be
company’s projects on land, including the hotels.

Kalev  Järvelill has been the member of the Management Board
in  AS Tallink Grupp since 1998 and he is also a shareholder
of the company.

Other  items  included  on the agenda of  the  Shareholder’s
Annual  General  Meeting  will be announced  in  the  public
invitation  to  be  published in  the media and to the stock
exchange within a week.
