Pending investigation
On November 10, 2006, a stock exchange release (a statement from the Supervisory Council of AS Tallink Grupp) was published regarding the events which took place on board M/S Silja Symphony on October 25, 2006.
Among other things it was stated in the release that it is after the end of the company’s internal investigation when we intend to respond to the allegations raised in the media. The Supervisory Council hereby confirms that due to the need to obtain statements from all persons who were involved in the events of October 25, 2006, the investigation is still pending. Once it has been finished, the Supervisory Council can make its final conclusions and post a respective stock exchange release.
