Antti Pankakoski resigned
The managing director of Silja Oy Ab, a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp, Mr. Antti Pankakoski and the Board of Directors of Silja Oy Ab agreed that Mr. Pankakoski end his employment in the company. The position was taken over by Mr. Keijo Mehtonen who is also managing director of Tallink Finland Oy and Member of the Board of AS Tallink Grupp.
Mr. Pankakoski was working as managing director of Silja Oy Ab since 2003. The management of AS Tallink Grupp appreciates the work he has done and is thankful for his contribution to the integration process of Silja and Tallink.
In relation to the above the Supervisory Council of AS Tallink Grupp has today released Mr. Antti Pankakoski from his duties as Member of the Board of AS Tallink Grupp.
