About the results of 2005/2006

AS Tallink Grupp has earlier stated that it will announce its financial result in Week 42. Resulting from the acquisition of Silja OY Ab, the publishing of financial results will be delayed.

The main reasons for the delay are related to the preparations of the purchase price allocation of Silja which is necessary for the consolidated financial statements of AS Tallink Grupp and their approval from the auditors and also the consolidation and transfering over to IFRS the Silja’s statements which are made according to the Finnish accounting standards.

The financial results are estimated to be announced on 30.10.06.
