Subscription results

AS Tallink Grupp announces that 95.2% of the shares were subscribed for in the share issue which was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 02.08.2006.

Total 26,954,260 new shares were subscribed for in aggregate amount of EEK 1.48 billion (EUR 94.7 million). The Management Board of AS Tallink Grupp confirmed today the list of the persons having subscribed for the shares and annulled 1,345,740 shares that were not subscribed for.
