Registration of share capital increase
Based upon the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of AS Tallink Grupp of 22nd of June 2006 to increase the share
capital to 1 415 000 000 kroons by issuing 5 million new shares, the share capital of AS Tallink Grupp in amount of 1 415 000 000 kroons has been entered into the Commercial Register on 26th of July 2006.
According to the resolution of The Listing and Surveillance Committee of the Tallinn Stock Exchange from 26th of July 2006
the 5 million new ordinary shares of AS Tallink Grupp will be listed in the Main List of the Tallinn Stock Exchange.
