Helsinki City Court grants injunction against boycott
HelsinkiCity court granted an injunction against Finnish Seamen’s Union’s boycott actions against AS Tallink Grupp vessels.
On 31st of May 2006 the Helsinki City Court in its injunction decision forbids the Finnish Seamen’s Union of any boycott actions against AS Tallink Grupp vessels which started on the same day at 07.00am. The decision forbids initiating any new boycott actions and demands the immediate termination of current boycotts.
