Establishing new subsidiary, chartering a vessel
AS Tallink Grupp established a new 100% subsidiary AS Tallink Scandinavian. The company's share capital is 1 000 000 EEK. The primary areas of activity of the company are management consultations and management of enterprises and companies and investing in such enterprises and companies.
AS Tallink Grupp signed on 17.05.06 a charter party agreement with Compagnie Marocaine de Navigation of Morocco for the chartering of M/S Fantaasia from June to October 2006. AS Tallink Grupp's Financial Director Janek Stalmeister said: "This agreement from a financial point of view was very beneficial for the company."
