Termination of the agreement with related party.
Tallinn Stockholm Line Limited, a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp, prepaid the loan to AS Infortar and the loan agreement is thereby terminated. The above mentioned borrowing was made in 2002 and the scheduled maturity according to the agreement was 31.07.2007. The prepaid amount was EEK 24.9 millions. No penalties nor additional fees were paid for the prepayment.
