AS Tallink Grupp announces that the company’s first quarter (01.09.2006-30.11.2006) preliminary unaudited results for the 2006/2007 financial year were the following: net sales EEK 2.98 billion (EUR 190 million), EBITDA EEK 520 million (EUR 33 million) and net profit for the period was EEK 115 million (EUR 7.3 million)
The result was affected by several non recurring one off expenses in relation to integration of Silja and Tallink. More detailed overview and explanations will be available in our unaudited interim report for the first quarter which will be published next week.
