AS Tallink Grupp will sue Estonian newspaper Äripäev for knowingly publishing false information in its article from 31 may 2007 about changing the flag of MV Victoria I and painting the vessel due to the charter contract for the beginning of June.
MV Victoria I flies Estonian flag and we assure, that this remains so even during the charter period in the beginning of June. There will be no painting of the hull either.
AS Tallink Grupp will sue Äripäev demanding for an apology for misleading the investors, publishing of the true information allover the first page and an appropriate monetary compensation for deliberately knowingly damaging the company's reputation.
