AS Tallink Grupp transported altogether 900 149 passengers in June, this is nearly 10 percent more than last year. It is the highest passenger number for June in the company’s history. The number of transported cargo units increased by almost 4 percent, and the number of passenger vehicles by 7.6 percent.
In June Tallink transported 395 614 passengers (+10%) on Estonia-Finland route, 324 273 (+6%) on Finland-Sweden route and 79 438 reisijat (+15%) on Latvia-Sweden route. On the route between Estonia and Sweden, Tallink transported 88 623 passengers (+11%) and on the Finland-Germany route 12 201 passengers (+62%).
Additionally to number of passengers, also the number of transported vehicles and cargo units increased in the last month. Tallink transported 114 056 passenger vehicles (+7.6%), the number of cargo units increased by 4 percent to 24 357 in June.
