AS Tallink Grupp transported altogether 733 800 passengers in April, this is 3 percent more than last year. The number of transported vehicles and cargo units increased by 10 and 14 percent respectively.
In April Tallink transported 338 246 (+4%) passengers on Estonia-Finland route, 261 119 (+1%) on Finland-Sweden routes, 58 912 (+1%) passengers on Latvia-Sweden route and 71 200 (-1%) on Estonia-Sweden route. The two ferries of Finland-Germany route returned from winter maintenance works in the beginning of April and transported 4 323 passengers during this month.
Additionally to passenger numbers, also the number of transported vehicles and cargo units increased in the last month. Tallink transported 80 913 passenger vehicles (+10 %) and 24 699 (+14%) cargo units in April.
