Schedule changes on Tallinn-Helsinki route for Tallink
Due to the charter contract of M/S Meloodia, there will be schedule changes on the Tallinn-Helsinki route, announced AS Tallink Grupp. From the 1st of January the company will operate the route with M/S Vana Tallinn and M/S Galaxy and temporarily with high speed craft AutoExpress 2.
M/S Meloodia will end operating on the Tallinn-Helsinki route on the 31st of December, the last departure from Helsinki is at 20.15. Until the launch of M/S Star to Tallinn-Helsinki route in April 2007, the same schedule will be followed by M/S Vana Tallinn from the 10th of January.
From 1st-9th of January high speed craft AutoExpress 2 will replace Meloodia on the route Tallinn Helsinki. On the 1st of January AutoExpress 2 will depart from Helsinki at 18.00 and from Tallinn at 16.00 and 20.00. From the 2nd until the 9th of January the departures of AutoExpress 2 are from Tallinn at 16.00 and from Helsinki at 9.00.
From the third week of January 2007 Tallink will add one Tallink Superfast vessel to Tallinn-Helsinki route.
AS Tallink Grupp operates on seven different passenger and cargo shipping routes.
