According to AS Tallink Grupp Estonian Maritime Administration extended the international certificate confirming the company’s conformity to the ISM (International Safety Management) Code for company’s subsidiary H.T. Shipmanagement, which takes care of the technical management of the vessels.
In the beginning of December the company received the same certificate from Swedish and Finnish Maritime Administrations.
ISM certificate enables H.T. Shipmanagement the technical management of ship’s operating under the flags of the countries, which have issued the certificate. It confirms the company’s congruity of resources and activity plans to local and international maritime requirements.
H.T. Shipmanagement is responsible for the technical management of ships operating under the brand of Tallink and under the Estonian, Finnish and Swedish flags.
