According to AS Tallink Grupp the due to opening a new hotel next spring the company is launching a new hotel chain brand Tallink Hotels. Therefore the company is also not renewing the contract to continue using the brand of Best Western.
Tallink`s Sales and Marketing Manager Peter Roose said, that company is expanding the accommodation, spa- and conference accommodation services and therefore a new hotel chain brand Tallink Hotels is launched in the beginning of 2007, which will provide the customers with a wide range of services as large volumes. „Under the brand Tallink Hotels will be the hotel operating already from 2005, soon operating under the name Tallink City Hotel as well as the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel opened in spring 2007,” added Roose.
Tallink City Hotel, the former name Best Western Hotell Tallink, is a business class hotel with 332 rooms, conference facilities and meeting suites. Additionally the hotel offers the services of two restaurants, a nightclub, beauty center and traveling agency Tallink Travel Club. In April 2007 a new modern conference center with the capacity of 244 persons will be opened on hotel’s first floor.
Tallink City Hotel serviced altogether over 140,000 clients in financial year 2005/2006, the growth of the year is 5000 clients. Hotels average occupancy increased 2 percent and reached 60 percent in last financial year.
New Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel opened coming spring has 275 rooms, conference center for 263 persons, restaurant and a cigar bar. In spa section of the hotel there are three pools, including a pool with a pool-bar and a sea salt pool, which is partly an all year round opened outer pool. Additionally there is a Sauna World with seven different saunas and Beauty Center offering different innovative procedures.
Roose added, that spa and conference hotel isn’t only there for tourists, all people who would like to enjoy quality spa and conference services are welcome.
Hotels of Tallink Hotels chain are operated by AS Tallink Grupp subsidiary OÜ TLG Hotell.
