Since 9th of December 2005 the shares of AS Tallink Grupp are listed on Tallinn Stock Exchange where the shares are traded under the symbol TAL1T.
The total number of shares outstanding and listed is 669,882,040 each with a nominal value of 10 EEK (0.64 EUR).
All the shares of AS Tallink Grupp are common shares and carry equal rights to votes and dividends.
